Brandshoponly.com policy is 5 calendar days. If 5 days have passed since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for our return policy, your product must be unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging (as it was when you received your order). We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return

If your return is accepted and approved, your return will be processed by us (brandshoponly.com), you will be charged a 5% restocking fee and the rest of your payment will be refunded to your credit card (or other original payment method)
